These small, personal classes (max 4 people) give you expert guidance, plenty of individual attention, and the chance to really feel the difference Reformer Pilates can make.

Semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions

Reformer Pilates Memberships (semi-private sessions)

One session per week - £102 per month

This  monthly membership gives you  one reformer session per week, helping you establish consistency in your movement while guaranteeing your place in the class. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a more personalised experience than a large group class, while still enjoying the shared atmosphere of moving together.


Membership also allows flexibility — missed sessions can be made up (subject to availability), helping you stay on track even when life gets busy.


Whether you’re newer to reformer Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a welcoming, supportive space to build strength, confidence, and long-term progress.

Two sessions per week - £191 per month

This monthly membership gives you two reformer sessions per week, helping you build greater consistency in your movement while guaranteeing your place in class. Practising Pilates twice a week supports more noticeable progress over time, allowing strength, skill, and confidence to develop more steadily while helping your body adapt and feel the benefits more fully.

Membership also allows flexibility — missed sessions can be made up (subject to availability), helping you stay on track even when life gets busy.

When you work 121 with me in my Equipment Pilates Studio…

  • I offer a limited number of one to one pilates sessions using the state of the art Pilates equipment in my private, well ventilated Frampton Cotterell based Pilates studio. We’ll work together so that you understand your body and movement patterns better giving you better body awareness so that you can move more easily in your day to day life.

  • One to one sessions are great if you’re new to Pilates, or coming back to it after a break and you want to build your confidence and understand your own body better before joining a class. It’s also a useful way of moving your Pilates technique up a level if you’ve been practicing for a while and want some tailored support.

  • All my initial consultation sessions with you include time to talk about your goals, and challenges, so that I can help you understand your body better, and to build a plan specifically tailored to you. This means you can rest assured that you are focussing on the right things for your specific needs.
