Semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions
When you work 121 with me in my Equipment Pilates Studio…
I offer a limited number of one to one pilates sessions using the state of the art Pilates equipment in my private, well ventilated Frampton Cotterell based Pilates studio. We’ll work together so that you understand your body and movement patterns better giving you better body awareness so that you can move more easily in your day to day life.
One to one sessions are great if you’re new to Pilates, or coming back to it after a break and you want to build your confidence and understand your own body better before joining a class. It’s also a useful way of moving your Pilates technique up a level if you’ve been practicing for a while and want some tailored support.
All my initial consultation sessions with you include time to talk about your goals, and challenges, so that I can help you understand your body better, and to build a plan specifically tailored to you. This means you can rest assured that you are focussing on the right things for your specific needs.
